Conferencing
Since the renovation of our premises in 1997 we have over 12 years experience in conference provision. We are able to cater for anywhere between 2 and 400 people in various settings dependent on your needs.
You will find that our prices are extremely competitive with all prices being VAT free and 25% reduction in room hire costs for registered charities.
We are situated close to Juction 40 and Penrith town centre providing excellent access to us and town centre facilities while you are here. Car parking is available on site for those driving in. Find us here.
We have four meeting rooms with varying sizes and the large worship area for larger presentations. Our in house catering team can provide for any of your needs for refreshments and meals.
Conference Accessibility
The installation of a lift has made the majority of our building accessible to wheelchair users with just the office and one of the small rooms being up a flight of stairs. Disabled toilets are available on both floors and a loop system is available in most rooms.
Conference Extras
We are able to provide screens and a projector if needed together with flipcharts in all rooms. Please see our conferencing sheet for a full list of what we are able to provide.
As with all public buildings smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Alcohol is also not permitted anywhere on Methodist Premises.
